We are a commission made up of the Family, Youth, Laity, and Life ministries of the Diocese. Working together in an organized way, we encourage and accompany the formation of missionary disciples, inspiring and supporting pastoral processes that respond to the current needs of the Church and society.

We are the diocesan commission that effectively serves the Archdiocese of Puebla and the people of Puebla, meeting their communication needs and fostering communion through the media and information technologies. We contribute to the spread of the Gospel and support the formation and information efforts of the various areas of pastoral ministry.

 That formation, liturgical ministry, and the care of liturgical spaces and places, as well as the ecclesial assets of the Archdiocese, be carried out under the authority of the Bishop through CODIPAL.

From a spirituality of communion, each ministry is to be valued, promoted, formed, and accompanied so that our pastoral agents may become authentic and credible disciples and missionaries of Jesus Christ.

It is an ecclesial organization that serves the pastoral regions and deaneries, promoting the development of the social dimension of the Gospel. It coordinates social ministry efforts at the various levels of pastoral action throughout the Diocese of Cancún-Chetumal.
