Mission: To accompany young people as they discover, follow, and commit themselves to Jesus Christ and His message, so that, transformed into new men and women, they may become active agents in building the Civilization of Love.

Vision: To be an adolescent and youth pastoral ministry deeply committed to the Church, where, as missionary disciples, we become protagonists in the life of the Church and society.

Objective: To strengthen the structures of Youth Pastoral Ministry within the deaneries in order to continue the journey of the 2031–2033 Pathway throughout our Diocese.
