DIMENSION FOR THE PASTORAL MINISTRY OF THE NEW EVANGELIZATION AND CATECHESIS

Diocesan Coordinator: Fr. Manuel Damaniell Durán Becerra

Mission: Before ascending into heaven, triumphant and risen, Our Lord Jesus Christ entrusted His disciples with the mission of proclaiming the Gospel to every creature (Mt 28:20). In response to this mandate, we seek to proclaim the Gospel throughout the world, with the Holy Spirit as our strength and guide, together with the teaching of the Church, daily prayer, and a life devoted to this beautiful mission (cf. DGC 269).

Vision: We seek to be a fraternal and responsible dimension, keeping the Gospel alive from generation to generation and continually evolving with a view toward spiritual growth, direction, inspiration, and service.

Objective: The Diocesan Pastoral Ministry of Catechesis promotes collaborative catechetical work throughout the Diocese through gatherings, formation materials, retreats, and opportunities for ongoing formation, according to the particular reality of each deanery, in order to lead Christians toward greater maturity in faith.

DIMENSION FOR THE PASTORAL MINISTRY OF MISSIONS

Diocesan Coordinator: Fr. Pedro Leonardo Rojas Cortés

Mission: To foster a missionary spirit, promote missionary collaboration and formation, respond to local needs, and encourage missionary communion and cooperation.

Vision: The Pastoral Ministry of Missions focuses on inspiring and forming missionaries, promoting missionary communion, and encouraging missionary cooperation among all members of the Church.

Objective: The missionary pastoral ministry seeks to awaken, strengthen, and sustain the missionary spirit of the Diocese, helping people come together in vibrant and dynamic ecclesial communities to carry out their mission.

DIMENSION FOR THE PASTORAL MINISTRY OF BIBLICAL ANIMATION

Diocesan Coordinator: Fr. Lorenzo Sitio Sánchez, MSP

Mission: To broadly promote knowledge, formation, and lived experience of Sacred Scripture, read and interpreted within the living faith of the Church, helping to revitalize Christian life and the evangelizing mission of our local Church.

Vision: To strengthen all pastoral processes within parishes, movements, and parish groups through an intimate relationship with the Word of God.

Objective: To promote the reading and study of the Bible among all pastoral ministers throughout the Diocese, ensuring the presence and participation of all parishes and pastoral groups in the Diocesan Biblical School.

DIMENSION FOR THE PASTORAL MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE

Diocesan Coordinator: Lic. Eduardo del Río Trejo

Mission: To illuminate all educational activities through the person of Jesus Christ, the Gospel, and the teaching of the Church, with the aim of implementing and establishing the values and principles of an integral formation among all those involved in education and promoting Christian Humanism.

Vision: To be an authentic educational community whose Catholic Christian identity is reflected in its people, its structures, and the structures of its surrounding environment. To be a school that educates through evangelization, where everyone shares responsibility for the evangelizing mission and provides an educational and Gospel-centered response to the needs of today's society.

Objective: To promote, reflect upon, and guide initiatives in the areas of educational and cultural pastoral ministry, in order to respond to the educational, anthropological, and cultural challenges presented by educational reform and the changing times in which we live.

DIMENSION FOR THE PASTORAL MINISTRY OF THE DOCTRINE OF THE FAITH

Mission: To contribute to the transmission of the faith by sharing what the Church believes, as contained in the deposit of faith—Sacred Scripture, Tradition, and the Magisterium—and by promoting sound theological reflection capable of responding, in the light of faith, to the challenges of our time.

Vision: To ensure that the teaching imparted in the name of the Church remains faithful to what the Church believes and professes.

Objective: To illuminate the evangelizing pastoral ministry of our Diocese with the Word of God and the teaching of the Church, so that the faith of our people may be conformed to the faith of the Church.
